unable to log into original account

Hello and good day everybody .

Long time member here have been unable to get into my normal account that I have had here for a long time .

Tried the forgot password option and it did not work .

Been away for a while due to health issue with my Dad .

Maybe the inactivity shut my account down ?

My last ditch effort was to create a nother account ( which I really did not want to do ) and post looking for some possible help .

Any help that can be provided would be great thank you

Have you DM’d an admin? I had a similar issue years back. Can’t remember what happened but I got it figured out.

That's what I did to regain access to my old account after being gone for a good long while.
