ULV options

Have any of you found a fluid that makes the 10R80/10L80 transmission function better and last longer?

Any of the ULV's in combination with Lubegard Platinum.

Keeps the valve body functioning properly.

That and make sure you keep clean fluid in the unit and throw the Ford recommendation of 150k changes right out the window.

When I got rid of the Ranger at 68k it was working just as it should and it was the first thing I put in the F150 when I got it.

1/4 dose of lubeguard red transformed mine from “I can’t find 4th so we’ll take neutral” to “Lexus smooth,” caught early. I also put 1 qt of amsoil signature ATF for every 3 quarts of valvoline ULV, for a *slightly* heavier mix. Full or even half amsoil LV at that time was no good - too thick and it messed with shift timing.

Hot Shot's Secret has put out a ULV. Found it when I went down the rabbit hole of Lubeguard Red 😁 . HSS Green Diamond ULV
Interesting. Priced a bit high though.

They need to fix their SDS though, pretty sure this isn't correct:
