I don't drive it every day, but when I do I like to get on it every now and then. I have 600 hp to the wheels. I don't drive like a maniac, but do like to run it hard sometimes.
If you're not tracking the car I'd stick to the spec' 5w30 syn' like M1.
Keep an eye on your oil temp's when you're pushing it to see how high it climbs which I suspect won't be that high. I wouldn't be concerned unless the oil temp's climb much over 250F which I can't imagine happening on the street.
