That looks good, Wemay!

White is great for hiding defects (swirls, etc.) but it also makes it tougher to show off a good detailing job.

Does the VLR smell that bad you have to wear a mask while driving? 😎

You're so right, white does make it difficult to see the shine. You have to pass the back of your hand over the paint to tell. Lol. VLR has that, you know...new car smell. Lol

Did you simply wash and then apply the TW? Or had it been fully detailed previously and you are adding “protection?”

It was a complete wash then apply. The paint has no noticeable contamination and is still smooth so the SnS went on like butter.

How much for the house next door?
And, that's a beauty of a SUV!
Man, prices are crazy these days. We paid $137K for our TH in 2012. The one next door just sold for $340K. He just came by to take down the sign. It sold in 4 days.

In 1987, when I was married, the wife and I paid $11K for a 4 br., 2.5 bath HUD home on 2/3 of an acre, in Seffner, FL. We put $15.5K into it. In 2011 I sold it for $225K. It sold in 9 days.

wemay, is that VLR similar to Meguiar's and Aerospace 303 interior cleaner/matte/natural spray?
I've tried 303, not Meguiar's. I know 303 gets plenty of love here but i don't like the smell or the finish residue left behind. I find VLR goes on "cleaner" for me. Just my choice i guess. It leaves no residue or shine after a minute or so.

I'm going to have to try it. Does WM carry it?

VLR states it is not to be used on plastic though...
Certainly the manuf. recs. should be followed. I recently rented a U haul truck and wiped the interior with the VLR and was impressed with how well it cleaned. Used it on all surfaces although it may have been vinyl instead of plastic.

Looks good. Just finished putting the same on outside of my MB. It still beads like crazy, but rubbing my fingers over it lightly, it feels a bit gritty. Will have to do a good Clay job before winter.
