Trying to find the H4703XV

I'm trying to find a low beam lighting upgrade for my 1993 New Yorker Fifth Avenue. The regular bulbs are already hard to find (H4703's and H4701's) and normally there is a multitude of High Output, Silverstar, Cool Blue, Long Life. Not for these bulbs.

Sylvania lists XtraVisions as an upgrade for my car. GE doesn't have Nighthawks or anything like that. Only place I've found to purchase the Sylvania stuff is Canadian Tire here. They only carry the regular bulbs.

People seem to be flashing me at night, thinking my daylights are on. That's not the case with this car. The bulbs just aren't on par with my 9004 equipped explorer or my 9007 equipped dodge stratus.

i just looked and the Kragen by my work has both the regular Sylvanias and the XtraVisions in stock.

I'm in Canada though. They're harder to come by.

Canadian Tire has some XtraVisions, but not the ones I want.

Amazon and Ebay don't have them.

autobarn.net has em for $17 each but wants $50 to ship to me via UPS. Not coming from them, and not with the brokerage charges UPS has charged me in the past (60% tax on top)

Any Canadian stores / distributors?

Unfortunately Not. Not even Rockauto has an upgrade. I usually get stuff from them, and was hoping to throw in a couple with my next big order.

Looks like I might just go looking for them the next time I take a trip to the states.
