TroyBuilt pressure washer thrown away runs fine

Saw it in my neighborhood yesterday.
It had no spark so started exploring, took off carb it is very clean in the tank.
Coil seemed ok, the spark plug may have been gapped too wide.
I cleaned inlet screen. I pulled to unloader valve to make sure it was ok.
I have a working electric Ryobi and the hose and wand worked on it.

At first it did no pressure the water, so I revved the motor higher, and it started working.

This is 2200 psi. Feels powerful and runs like new.

How often does the water pressure pump's oil get changed? Pump takes synthetic 75w-90 gear oil 4.6 ozs.
Model is 020245

Yes it is a surprise it actually works.
Here is another side view showing the Ryobi gun.
But you have to zoom in to see that.
I did not realize these parts were so interchangeable.

Somewhere I have a Karcher gun and hose which I think would work on it.

Thanks, my plan is to change it.
Likely the PO never changed it.
Takes 4.6 ozs oil.
Do you think you have to measure or is it just a fill it thing?

Black plastic drain is located on bottom pump between the in and out water ports.

I researched the part number for the pump oil and found it.

It is a waffle plate design pump so it does need a heavy gear oil, not an engine oil.

I have found a potential issue with the washer. Both times I have started from cold, temp in low 30's, it refuses to pump high pressure water unless I manually rev the throttle past the governor setting.
Then it is fine. I can shut it down and restart and it works good.
Hose pressure water flows fine through the pump. So not sure why it does this. Sticky pump plungers from old pump oil? So when pump is warm it works and cold it does not.
It is winter here 34* right now.
Will change the oil soon.

I have only started it twice as a cold start.

I just ran it now for a few minutes, so will try it again say at noon and see if I still have to overrev it to pressure the water.
