Tri-jets. Any list for No.2 engine failures?

Judging by the winglets, that is one old Airbus.
Ex USAir?
Still, love these heritage livery planes.
We flew on an A319 a couple of weeks ago that must have been from USAir with a build date of August 2013.

US Airways bought out PSA. They ran PSA livery a while ago before they were bought out by American.

As for the L-1011, their idea was to fly them at peak times and maybe get double the passengers when they were gate limited. However, they were also flying on the hour where it was mostly 737 and 727 service where passengers might just wait for the next flight. Apparently the problem they had with such frequent service was the long turnaround time for such a big plane.

So USAir also did a PSA retro livery on an Airbus, an aircraft PSA never operated?
I do enjoy the retro livery planes. Saw a Piedmont one a few years ago as well as a 737 in the old AA Astrojet livery, which was really sharp. Loved the polished alloy look that AA retained for so many years.
