Transmission whining noise?

Can someone tell if this is coming from the transmission or anything else.

Could be static coming from the speakers even. I don't know. sorry. Vibration of sorts? Check all grounds.

Can't tell with all the background noise. Sounds like the whine straight-cut gears make when being loaded and unloaded.
