Transmission Recalibration after Rebuild

I have a 2007 Gmc sierra 1500 New body and going to do Rear main seal and have transmission rebuild in town at a shop and reinstall myself. Do I need to recalibrate anything or do any computer work after installing the rebuild trans. If so How would I do it, Step by Step. What would be the fill procedure for that too? its a 4l70E transmission.
