Tranny flush machine, which one?

What is the best way to flush/exchange the fluid in an ATX?

In my old shop, we had one that connects to the tranny cooling lines. In my new shop, its the one that goes in thru the dipstick.

Which is more efficient and takes the most of the old fluid out?
