Trailing arm bushing?

Hi everyone,

I did an oil change and tire rotation today on my 2010 Toyota Sienna with my father-in-law. We were inspecting the vehicle and he saw something that he said I should look into. I don't remember exactly what he called it but from my google search, I believe he was talking about the trailing arm bushing. He said it looked like the rod or bolt (again not sure if that's what he said) wasn't centered in the bushing. It is the same on both sides. Does it look like this may need to be replaced? I am still learning about DIY maintenance so please forgive my lack of knowledge. 🫠

Thank you!

That looks normal, that busing has cutouts for more flexibility. As the other poster said try moving it with a pry bar, if it were shot the bolt in the middle would not be centered and there would be noise probably under braking.
This is what it looks like, your original looks to have deeper cutouts.
