Bought these from RA for tire appointment of Tuesday. But the sensor is like 4 years old already??

Would you run them? Other option is to get the TPMS sensors from Discount Tire for 60 each compared to 100 for all 4 of these

Can you replace the batteries now before installing the sensors so that you have a fresh start with the sensors?
Or are the sensors sealed? I ask because IDK,

If those are for your BMW I'm still running the original TPMS sensors on our 2011 BMW 328i M-Sport, and they work just fine.

Yeah they’re for my BMW. Unfortunately one sensor I believe stops working im the cold

Not sure if Toyota buy the same one as what TireRack / Amazon / RockAuto sells. Mine last about 15 years since car was build on both of my Toyota / Lexus.

Well I had them installed at Discount Tire and of course they are not syncing to the system ... always something.

And they did an alignment check and told me toe was off by 23 degrees but couldn't print the sheet out because the printer was out of paper and ink... sigh
