Toyota genuine motor oil?

It’s ok. Nothing special anymore, use to have a lot of moly.

I think the real skinny ones below 0w20 grade are still juiced up from the voa/uoa I've read the past few months.

I know that my former Toyota Dealership used Chevron oil!

According to a memo (SB) I have on file back from when we owned a couple Toys, any current or recommended ILSAC oil in the proper grade is considered Toyota Genuine Engine Oil - as they align with ILSAC through JAMA.

I use ChevronHavoline Pro-DS in my GX460. It's a solid oil and is super affordable in the 6-quart boxes.

I would be surprised if a dealer is using Toyota oil by the bottle, but likely whatever is the cheapest approved bulk oil they can buy.

My dealer uses TGMO bulk oil. The Mobil truck backs up in there.

I like moly not because of its anti friction properties but of it's micro polishing properties. Lots of break in oils have high moly to dull and smooth new metal inside engines.

Isn't that likely Mobil oil, not bottled TGMO?
