You have the same engine that I do, the 3MZ-FE. 7,500 miles is probably good. Now that I'm clear out of warranty, that's what I'm doing with my QSUD fill.

UOAs I've seen from another 3MZ-FE owner showed his oil was still good, but due for a change at 15,000 miles, consistently when using synthetic. Too long to be comfortable to me, but I feel confident going out to 7,500 miles.

Oil`s that I have found to run nicely in mine are;

Mobil 1 0W-30
PP 5W-20 (although developed valve train noise)
VWB 5w30
PU 5w30

The 3.3 is a good engine. Mine uses no oil as well, but when I first got it @ 59,000 miles. It had a cold rattle in the motor that has since gone down to just about zero. Some say it was my VVT doing this?

Yes, the VVT controller is prone to deposits which makes it stick in a position that causes a short second or 2 of ticking at startup. You cleaned it up!
