Thinking about Toyo Proxes 4 Plus ultra HP all season tires for my 2013 Mustang GT. this car will not see snow but will see cold temps from late March - November. Anyone run them? Your thoughts?

I had a set of the first Toyo Proxes 4 tires over 10 years ago and they simply sucked in every category compared to other tires I had. Who knows how much better the plus version is today.
The best all-season performance tire I've had for cold weather on dry roads was Cooper Zeon RS3A. Had them on my VW. Very good compound for cold weather but not so great in light snow.

I had them on my STI and they were loud! They were worse than the Dunlop SP600 summer tires I replaced them with. They had decent traction, but nothing compared to summer tires. They also sucked in the winter. I never tried the Dunlops in the snow, but I can't imagine they'd be too much worse than the Proxes. This was 5 years ago, mind you, so maybe they've changed, but based on my experience I wouldn't buy them again.
When you say the car won't see snow, what do you mean - you have another winter beater? If so, then why not just buy some summer tires? I've run summer tires in the winter, when it was cold and dry, and while they weren't nearly as good as a set of aggressive all-season tires, they handled better in the dry than winter tires (Blizzaks.)

My previous '08 STI had three limited-slip differentials. With year-old Proxes I got helplessly stuck on a slight grade and couldn't get out of my parking spot with out some help. All four tires spun, but I didn't move more than a foot or so each time.
With Blizzak winters, I was able to get going, even with aggressive starts; they just chewed up the snow and found traction where there was little to be had.
If it's not already obvious, I guess I can say pretty confidently that these tires suck in most situations. They did grip moderately well in the summer, but they were louder than dedicated summer tires. In the winter they are worthless.
