When you are new to wrenching torque everything down to spec until you get a feel for it. When you are older, the "right" thing to do is to still use a torque wrench but if you choose to go by the feel of it you are now experienced and less likely to materially under or over tighten the fastner. I know the 80 ft/lbs that's on there is probably fine. However, for that extra piece of mind I'm gonna break the two old ones loose and re-torque to spec. I now have proper tools and new OEM bolts, so might as well.
