Hello guys,
refer to original link Tornado thread

I had tried my trick in
1) Brand New Chevy Venture 2002
2) Oldsmobile 88 LSS 1994
3) Nissan Maxima 1996
4) Toyota camry 2000
5) Ford ranger 2001
6) Toyota Rav4 2000
7) Crystler LHS 1994
8) Brand New honda Odyssey Van

This is How you do it.
First Tornado Principle is To roate air before taking to intake. Just like Air Plane, They use turbine engine by rotating air.

I installed small CPU fan and installed after air-flow sensor. It's simple. Use small rubber packing or something to hold fan. In my case, CPU fan was perfect. I had some clip that really works this idea.

I installed in all above mention car and Guess what?
In All my friends car, They got some speed performance and MPG too. I got 15% increase and Feels accelator pedal sensitive. All above car more or less 15% increase in gas mileage and performance in pick up...........
Just try it install CPU fan after air-flow sensor in air intake assembly........
TRUST ME
This is simple principle that rotating air will mix to fuel well and more combustion. It's Air plane turbine principle..........

Patel, you are going to be rich. The oil companies will buy your invention and store it on the dark side of the moon along with all the 150 mpg carbs they bought up to keep them off the market.

Are you powering this? If so, the fan will never provide enough CFM for the engine. If not it's simply a tornado. These devices have been dyno tested to provide 0 hp, or even a negative effect. Placing it after the MAF sensor would help a little as the MAF screen straightens the air flow.

How can a fan cause the air to spin, even after getting sucked into a plenum and divded up into 4 or 6 parts. Seems like a restriction to me.

Yup... a big restriction in the intake is a sure way to gain all kinds of POWER and efficiency.

Did the laws of physics change since I was in school?

I'm am sorry, but there is absolutely positively no way in **** you even got a 1% increase. Any perceived increase in power is the placebo effect. That might give an extremely minor increase on a carbureted vehicle, but it definately won't do a thing for a fuel injected vehicle as those all are.

you wont get more power but it is entirely possible to get better fuel economy. by restricting the intake you are lowering the ammount of airflow into the engine. the computer sees this via the mass air flow sensor and the o2 sensor and leans out the fuel accordingly to maintain stoich.

so in theory yeah its possilbe to gain efficency by doing this, although a block of wood placed in the intake, or any other restriction for that matter,, would have the same effect.

Do you really think the air is still spinning after it hits the TB, runners, valves?

I agree with the reducing the air so the computer leans out and thus increasing fuel economy.

Heck, sell them on ebay. If people can make 100k a year selling $0.15 resistors that add 15 hp (DYNO PROVEN!) you can get rich off other people's stupidity too. Ah yes, taking advantage of the less intelligent...The American Dream!

If you could gain mileage by simply blocking off the intake, everybody would be doing it - including car manufacturers. But they're not...wonder why?

because blocking off the intake on a modern fuel injected car reduces power at the same time as improving fuel economy.

you think a civic is slow now, wait till its only got 60% of its rated power...

As one trained in jet engine mechanics at Amarillo TX all I have to say is BULL ****

Lifting your foot of the gas pedal a bit so the butterfly closes a bit would have the same effect. With no added parts.

After strapping a floor fan under my hood I gained 88.99 rwhp proven by the butt dino!

i think these air things should be on the top of the runners on the manifold. cause (fuel injected) really when the air in the intake tube gets turbined, it still has to go into the throttle body and upper penum and then lower manifold.

now if we put the turbines on the upper part of the manifold right where it goes down we may gain something, but not much. im guessing better air fuel ratio or something.

The end result would be better if you put it on top of your hat. At least then it wouldn't be screwing up aitflow.

Funny, I guess Subaru thinks so too

They're a 'valve' actually that 'spins' the air in the manifold, but only at lower throttle and idle. At wider throttle openings, it moves out of the way.

They also put a valve in the muffler, it closes when you're foot's not 'in it' to raise the velocity of the air, but opens to expose another chamber for better flow when you 'mash on it'.

This car is bone stock, but it's a Legacy, not an Impreza, so no one makes a 'chip' for it. I'm sure it could put out more than the rated 212 HP if it was 'coaxed' into doing so.

It amazes me that many of you knocking this guy (for the record I don't buy it either) are the same ones that gain 200hp and 15 mpg by adding the magic elixer of this website. Just add the magic bottle and everything is well. Not a whole lot of credibility in that either.
