Topping off With Zerex Asian Formula

After 1yr 8mo the coolant recovery tank on my truck is just about empty when overnight cold. If it was yours would you top off with the Zerex and have it mix with virgin Toyota FF pink.

I thought about just adding enough distilled water to bring the tank up 2 or 3 inches, and hopefully getting by till it is time to flush at 4 years or so. Hopefully doing so would not raise my freeze point much. I'm guessing it would need about 8 oz.

I would get the Toyota SLLC. the Zerex Asian formula would be OK but I think it is the old Toyota red long life formula and not the newer pink supper long life.

Really think though you should not have lost that much coolant over a relatively short time frame. I would take it to the dealer and under warranty have the cooling system pressure checked and the pressure cap checked. they probably would also top up the antifreeze.
