We've seen basic dino lines of each of the 3 major PMCO companies return good used oil analysis for typical dino OCI's [4-5k mi] - Chevron Supreme, Exxon Superflo, Shell FormulaShell. Are the additional additives/higher end addpacks worth it that are in the name brands for normal driving? Could they be counter productive? BITOG'ers will use syns if severe driving conditions are expected.
Also, do basic dino lines have the same percentage of dino in the mixture as the higher end brands: FormulaShell vs Pennzoil conventional, Superflo vs MC5000, Supreme vs DS?
