Top line shootout?

What we would find in this list of very good oils it that they all are very good oils. It is unlikely I would change brands based on the outcomes, but I guess you don't know what you might see unless you look.

It doesn't matter which oil you use as for quality. There all good. Ams, RL, have lube an engine for 400K while M1 and PP may lube with success to 399K. Not much differance in oils.

What! no ST or Wolfs head?

The "best" from each brand, against each other. The Amsoil test info is really really good, but if RedLine , RP, M1-EP etc. were included, it would be a more of an "apples to apples" comparison.

These should be tested

Amsoil SSO
Amsoil XL
Valvoline Synpower
Mobil 1 & EP
Pennzoil Platinum
Pennzoil Ultra
Redline
Quaker State Q-HP Syn
Castrol Syntec
Castrol Edge

VOAs and UOAs , in addition to empirical and vicarious experiences, are already here.

Or how about a 4 ball wear test?
Those of use with 4 ball engines would love it!

Ohhh, well then ..we have to have "best in class" comparisons.

Where would you put M1's "best" at? Amsoil's?

Would it be SSO 0w30 vs. M1's 0w-40

Redline vs. the Dominator series?

I'm naturally looking at it from an Amsoil perspective.
