If you're not planning on replacing your tires until next year, how can you even know if what is available today, will even still be available next year? Next year is almost a year away at this point.
And if these tires are still available, how will you know what the prices will be next year?
Fair enough, but the RT43 is a new tire that just came out a few months ago, so it should be around next year. It's the HP that might not exist next year, but the OP doesn't like that tire anyway. Hopefully the HP's successor will come out soon and not be directional.
Furthermore, Michelin closeouts don't seem to have a discount. The Harmony and also their Pilot Exalto A/S were full price until the last one was gone.
