For some time I have been searching for a tire sealant that didn't sling and lasted. Just tried Tuf Shine. Labeled as a permanent sealant that adds UV protection and lasts the life of the tire. Comes with a tire cleaner, a brush, nitrile gloves, applicator and the sealant. Looks good. Have driven several hundred miles since and no sling. Pretty costly but it looks like the amount will do 4-5 sets of tires. If it does lasts the life of the tires, normally for me 3-4 years, it begins to make sense. Will update if anyone is interested. Permanent? Something about that rubs me the wrong way.
It's not really permanent but it's more like a flexible paint that doesn't sling off.

Tuf shine is probably the closest to a permanent option.
So far I like it, especially the look without the sling. It's only been a week through one rain but it the shine still looks good.
My biggest thing would be uv protection. I've already gone through a set of tires due to cracking. My current ones are doing the same.
