I've got 45,000 miles on my Revo 2's with 7/32 tread on them. I've noticed some cupping issues going on. I did replace my front shocks and had the alignment done by Toyota. The alignment is straight and the balance is good. I've adjusted my pressures also. I would hate to replace these tires prematurely since my last set I had I sold back to discount tire due to ozone cracking. These are starting to crack too. Sucks parking outside. All four tires are having the cupping issue.

Once uneven tire wear or cupping begins, it's difficult to get the tires to even out! I've never been able to do it! You'd have to put the tire in the back and leave'em there tooooo long before moving'em to the front again.
As-far-as the sidewall cracking/checking, this seems to be typical with most tires including Michelin. Most tires in my small fleet(Good/Year, Pirelli, Hankook, Firestone) of 4 cars all have some cracking in them. Some, more than others!

This one guy I know says he prefers cheap tires changed out at 30K rather than trying to go with ultra durable tires that wear forever but are lumpy and noisy from so many miles.
Another guy I know was considering sanding or grinding the treads to try and smooth out old tires that have a lot of uneven tread left in them.
I don't know the answer, I think it is a pretty common problem these days.

I had a stuck rear caliper that was cupping one tire in a single spot
you could do a burnout to even them out! my rear tires are unevenly worn from under inflation and imbalance. i balanced and properly inflated all tires. the rear does not try to hop any more.

How often did you rotate them in the past? You've done well to get 45k and have 7/32 left.
I had too much neg camber on my LR wheel and that made all my tires begin to whine as I rotated them through that wheel. GM replaced the tires and did an alignment ... with this good alignment and frequent rotations on the new set of tires now is about like yours (without the cupping/wear anomalies)

Exactly what do you mean by "cupping"? Is this on the outer edge of the tires pretty much all around it, or do you have one or two "cupped" spots per tire?
Unbalanced wheels or worn suspension components can cause a tire to "bounce". This causes a condition - cupping, scalloping, dipping and feathering - with areas of the tread worn and others not as much. The normally even tread suddenly has peaks and tips every few inches all the way around.
Unbalanced wheels will tend to show wear away from the edges of the tire, while worn suspension components tend to do this on the edges.
If it has four disc brake on it, you might also check to see if the discs are out of round.

If they are worn on the outer edges, you may remount the tires with the worn edge to the inside in an attempt to even out the wear. That's one solution.

45K miles is not that bad. I would rotate them. When they no longer have decent tread left replace them.

45K miles is not that bad. I would rotate them. When they no longer have decent tread left replace them.
Sounds like a balance issue or worn suspension.
