Looks great but it still bothers me when people leave those yellow splitter guards on Mopars. It’s supposed to be for shipping only, not a permanent fixture 🤦‍♂️

I think people have mistaken a shipping lip protector for a trim piece.

I was at a Chrysler dealership when the Charger was becoming popular and the parts guy told me the lot kid was removing all the protectors and selling them on eBay lol. This isn't a serviceable part AFAIK.

Anyone want a good deal on a CRV? Dealer a mile or so from my house :ROFLMAO:. They’ve always got these kinds of listings.

This is going back 26 years when my Maxima was 1 yo. That dealer refused warranty work and I got into a physical altercation with the service advisor. It was so bizarre. They claimed my car had aftermarket wood trim voiding the warranty. I said innocently I can run back to my apartment and grab the window sticker so you can see the wood is from the factory (maybe port but part of the msrp). The dude curses I don’t give a f what you do. So I grabbed my keys over the counter and he said you put the keys back or we’re calling the cops. Welcome to Phila.

I remember putting my feet on the table and talking loudly on my Nextel to a coworker and she was saying report this to the BBB.

At any rate, I called Devon Nissan and said is my car under warranty if I didn’t buy it from you? Guy laughs of course, would you like an appt? And I became a customer for about 11 years. Did 2 60k services there (first was like $379–remember thise days even incl. manual gear oil drain and fill).

That dealer shown is in the “Hunts Point” NYC section of Phila. No bueno.

P.s. that dealer must be in the family, not where I thought, the one I am referring to is near Essington Ave in South Phila near the salvage yards

Peeking at boats at the Valhalla showroom in New Gretna NJ. (Viking Yachts).
Here's quad V-10 400hp outboards on the back of one of their center consoles.
Grandson for perspective.
Only the lower portion of the drive (grey) move. The upper portion is stationary.
Merc also makes a V-12 600 hp as stated below.

That's crazy, the service manager thinks the whole vehicle's warranty should be void because he thinks some aftermarket wood trim was added, lol. That guy should have been fired by the dealership.
