Brake hose clip.
It would have to be between the G6 and the Intrepid. I'm not a Chrysler fan, but if a 24 year old Intrepid is still on the road, that's all the service record I need. It seems any self respecting BITOG member would be inclined to go for the G6, being quite confident that they can figure out the convertible top.

Uncovered the Beetle yesterday to let it get its yearly air out. I want to work on it just lack the motivation to do so. Couldn’t find the cutters to cut the weeds away.
At this rate one of Vice Grip Garage juniors will have to do a revival on it in a few years, while telling us stories on how the last owner abandoned this Beetle. And all of us old farts from BITOG will be in their comment section remembering how @AutoMechanic always promised to work on it, but never did.
C'mon dude, this is your time now. Once you start a family - you'll NEVER have the time to touch the Beetle. Freiburger and Finnegan always preach a wonderful lesson: "Don't get it perfect, just get it running." And start enjoying the fruits of your labor. Once it's running - it will be easier to have motivation for the ongoing road-storation as you tweak it here and there. You got this dude. Make us proud. And you'll thank yourself in the future if you start now.

Once you start working on it you'd probably get the urge to get it back on the road.As the other guys have said you gotta get on to it while you’re young.
One of my biggest car regrets is that I had a long wheelbase Samurai pickup that I had to sell due to health reasons. I can’t imagine how bad the regret would be if I had just let it sit due to lack of motivation.
Start a dedicated thread for your beetle and post updates so that the rest of us can follow your progress and it might help keep you motivated.
Once you get it driving you can go to VW swap meets and other classic car shows and will have a blast.
Maybe even pickup a girl or two with it.
