My mom's neighbors trailing a herd between pastures. The little cowpoke bringing up the rear is their 7 year old son who's a bit tall for his age. The other one is his dad. Most of the work is done by the dogs and the side by side. It is a pretty low key event as the cows seem to know know where they are going.
