More and more often, I feel agitated being at Costco. I wonder if the clientele will bring the co. to ruin one day? Rude, entitled, self-centered comes to mind--didn't feel this way in 2009 when we joined.

I once did something really stupid. I wanted to know how much more I was being charged for my son, with the employee health care. The only way I could seemingly get the portal to show me, was a qualifying life event. I chose death, and I thought I could do it, see the number/delta of it going down, and cancel. But it was official. I had to call benefits and tell them what I had done and that it was a mistake. Maybe I shouldn't have, but I felt humiliated calling, like what kind of dad would do that just to see the pricing of the health care?
