Haha, yep, but this type of skink is small, only about 5” so most people don’t mistake it for a snek. But I occasionally get called to investigate snake sightings and find it is a blue-tongue skink, some of those can be pretty big.I bet everyone in Australia is always happy to see a big skink... you see something slithering along out of the corner of your eye and are like, "Oh, good, it's just a skink" and not some danger noodle death adder, as you go quietly looking for some clean pants, LOL.
