Another floor shot of the floor on the flip. Some stupid owner put carpet over hardwood floors. Looks like someone put in door slabs and didn't do a good job. So the ill fitting interior doors and trim is getting replaced. I'm not using hideous door sweeps, one door has a 1.25" gap as it is and add the sanding on top of that

Ozark trip into Missouri, much prettier than most of Kansas. Antiques Shopping and Amish stores with awesome goods.
Refilled on 93 eight gallons, got way better mileage per gallon than expected. Clerk did not know if it was clear or not, luckily I had put Hyvee 91 clear in before top off of three gallons so I just have to be happy to find toptier fuel. My hope is e5 or less.
