One of my first jobs was driving a truck for the company that made those chemistry boxes. They didn't fill them but bought the painted steel and then stamped it into shape. I picked up the steel and delivered the boxes.I was mining red phosphorus for hours by scraping matchstick heads. I liked the safety of red phosphorus.

I still have the first microwave I ever bought back in the 80s. Sears I think, has the timer and power level switches. Never gave any problems other than one of the knobs broke. I'm on my third electronic one since.
