A bit time consuming with the adhesive strip removal (I used 99% alcohol) but not an insanely difficult job by any means.
Wasn’t for sure myself so had to look it up. They moved in 2003 and vacant since, a lot of deals fell through or it was environmental issues. It’s been empty since I moved here which make sense that was 03-04. I’ve watched it slowly turn from a nice white building to this.

What was plugged into it that was drawing 3000 watts at 25 amps? Need at least a 10-gauge cord for a 100 footer if you're going to push it hard on a standard circuit breaker (15 amps). You had 2 or more cords series to get that 100 feet?It was a 100’ cord.
