@JHZR2, this is the local sorrel, in case you wonder. Hard to see but the green leaves resemble clover leaves. The leaves and the flowers are edible like the sorrel you bought in a glass jar, Both kinds are high in oxalic acid which could be a problem for kids or people who are sensitive to oxalic acid. It grows everywhere here, even in the city, Dogs pee on it so I advise against eating curbside sorrel.
