I know the U stands for universal but anytime I see the USB-C plugs I don’t like them it reminds me of Android products and I have nothing else that takes a USB-C so now I have to get all new cables. I know all the companies have some share of parts from each other but I want no part of USB-C on an iPhone. They are supposed to be different from the crowd. Oh well I guess it means faster charging. I was really hoping all the predictions of it were wrong and they would wait till next year when the law goes into affect in Europe.

Literally everything else is USB-C. Macs, iPads, every laptop, every Android....

I don't have a 12. I have a 10. I don't need new toys that often and I like keeping my money. I wouldn't buy the 15 anyway. I'd get either a 13 or 14. Way smarter financially and just as good overall. And I'd trade mine in and save more money. Although with Apple's latest WOKE move I may switch to Android. They are absolutely just as good for making a phone call and that's what a phone is for.

If you are referring to the Clean Energy Charging mode, you can turn that off.
 
A few pictures from yesterday. Alpine Lake Reservoir, Mt. Tam, Ridgecrest Blvd, Cheese Cake Factory in Corte Madera. It's getting foggy around here this time of the year.

On occasion remotely linked images that I host on postimages.org show up when I view the post on my PC but not when I view the post on my other devices. I don't always check on my phone or tablet so it could happen that I post images that don't load. If anybody notices empty image fillers, they usually say "The image was removed," please let me know so that I can fix the problem. I never make posts with defective image links knowingly.

My phone's release date was February of 2018.

You keep peppering how you can't understand why us underling's deal with such subpar devices.

Please show me how your new stuff is better. And how. It's certainly not pictures...
