Looks like an MC and I agree.

I didn't feel like typing up a safety or routine maintenance post. So I won't.
Upon closer inspection, I can see that the tire is on a motorcycle. That multiplies the sentiment in my original post by a factor of 3.

That's my reward this morning

I would be embarrassed to post this pic and explanation.

Is this tire on a car, or ... ?
Embarrassing? Maybe. But such is life. Posting just the positives creates an illusion of perfect people, which we are not. Take it as more of a reality check in that regard. Or may be a reminder for some (who obviously won't comment due to embarrassment) to check their tires too and prevent an accident. In my case - got so hung up on fluids, (plus a few life-got-in-the-way moments) that lost focus of other maintenance items. It bit me in the end. Rookie mistake. Lesson learned, moving on.

DANG roofing nails! Someone getting new shingles near your travels?

I used to Tiger Tail those clean nail holes right on the car with never a future regret.

Did you plug, patch - or both?

Tire looked new(ish) - Ken
Yeah I plug it on my own last night

it is holding this morning :)

Timer for my dryer failed. It would run, but you had to “tilt” and hold the knob to get the burner to fire. Naturally I had to take the old one apart to see how it worked.

When I popped it apart one of the white plastic fingers fell out, it’s in the wrong spot in this pic, it’s supposed to be on the right side next to the other one. Beautifully simplistic though!
