Beef, mushrooms, pineapple. What a great pizza. Pineapple is an excellent addition to several pizza choices. Adds an entirely new dimension to the pie. Like other things in today's world, don't hate it just because someone tells you you should.
Agreed. When I read the description, I asked my wife if she was sure about the bbq sauce. She said, “why not? Try it, if we don’t like it, we’ll know next time.”
It was alright, I liked it. I didn’t leave any on the plate and I’d eat it again. I mean, they did say “trust us”, we had to try it. 🤔

Local NYC Slice Parlor
This is a typical NY neighborhood slice parlor, and it's one of the places my friends and I got our slices. Sure, you could buy a pie here, and some do, but most business is a typical NYC slice, taken to be eaten out of hand while walking around or while sitting in a booth or standing at the counter. Type 166MM Ferrari
The Type 166MM is my favorite Ferrari, and over the years I've seen, photographed, and collected images of many examples of "La Barchetta."

The car shown here is #0058 MM, and it was the 27th produced. It was owned and raced by future Scuderia Ferrari driver Eugenio Castellotti. It competed in the 1951 and 1953 Mille Miglia races. The car's recent history includes many awards for its originality, and it’s been shown at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance numerous times.

 🤮

Never trust anyone that says to trust them :ROFLMAO:

The hate for pineapple on a pizza is ridiculous. Ham or bacon and pineapple go together wonderfully. Two caveats: the pineapple must not be canned but fresh and it needs to be caramelized in a pan before being added as a topping because otherwise, you get a soggy mess with dried-out pineapple. Hawaiian pizza is the second best thing to ever come out of Canada!

This is absolutely correct. It can also be grilled. Over the years we've grilled a lot of fruit and even lettuce. The caramelization and grilling add a wonderful dimension to many produce items.

Wouldn't it be fun to go back in time and walk those streets, knowing what you know now?

I did that a few years ago ... walked right by the corner where the pizza place was located. Apart from some different stores, that shopping area hadn't changed much in fifty years.

A few years before, my sister and I went back to the old family house, knocked, and introduced ourselves when the owner came to the door. He was a big guy from Eastern Europe, definitely into retirement age. We told him we'd like to see the house and asked if he'd give us a tour. He laughed and said that when he went back to his old town after being away for decades, he went to his old house and made the same request.

Such memories ...

I wouldn't let the sidewalls touch that garage floor paint. Set them on a piece of plywood or something.

Agreed keep them off the floor
I do tires like the op because tires are only reasonably priced when I don’t need them.

I am told putting them in a black plastic bag and tying shut reduces oxidation but I’ve never done it.

Hardcore would pack in nitrogen gas and then they don’t age much
