Got a new seat for the baby, as he has outgrown his current one (32” tall at 1 year old, 99th percentile!). Also 2 gallons of milk that probably won’t last a week and my truck lurking in the background.

With Pablo showing all his fine dining... My wife's lunch at the Hacienda de Sol in Tucson. Her lunch was as good as it looks - which was fantastic! The entire facility was great.

We were there to visit the Pima Air Museum. My Dad served in the 8th Air Force, 96th Bomb Group out of Snetterton-Heath. Check out the losses. The 8th lost 4,754 B-17s during the war. My Dad always remembered the raid on the ball bearing factory in Schweinfurt Germany. Soemthing like 330 B-17s were sent but only 200 returned. Hard to imagine.

We’re right there pretty close to each other when it comes to the forecast. At least our humidity is down to around 30% now, it’s really dry and that helps a lot around here. The grass and plants are suffering a bit though.
When it’s hot and everyone else is dropping like flies, I keep on going. When it’s cold, I’m the one dropping.
Drink lots of water and be safe out there!

East River Mountain Tunnel. One of the two tunnels on I-77 the other being Big Walker Mountain Tunnel which is much shorter. This is one of two tunnels in America that connects two states this one connects Virginia with West Virginia. This is why I love coming onto I-77 when we go to my aunts house because I love tunnels and always have lol. The other one is about 10 miles before this one. US 460 is much more scenic but I like going I-81 to I-77 strictly for the tunnels. Here is a picture of the 460 I-77 Junction near Bluefield. My dad had taken 460 this time I made him go on 77 and take me thru long tunnel lol. On the way back he is taking me thru both. The way either route goes you have to go to West Virginia and come back down into Virginia to get to Tazewell where our family lives. Sorry I’m a bit of a nerd about tunnels and roads lol.
