Years ago, a friend got deadly ill with cancer and had to undergo chemo and radiation therapy. Eventually, he had to stay at the hospital for a few months. His immune system was weakened and he was at risk of infection and before he could return back home he needed someone to clean his place. I and some of his other friends volunteered and we cleaned up and sanitized his place. Among the things we found was a repurposed orange juice plastic bottle filled with urine and in the freezer was a large mug filled with what looked like some kind of disgusting pasta sauce. As it later turned out, this was actually vomitus. When my friend was still at home and feeling so ill he had a hard time getting up and going to the bathroom, he simply peed in a bottle he kept on his desk. The vomitus ended up in the freezer because after throwing up in the mug that was in reach, he had to let a handyman into his place and the fridge was closest. So he cryogenically preserved his vomitus. He's much better now and in fact, he's back at work.

It is awesome you and your friends cleaned his home. Your friend needed your help, and the job you did was not easy in any manner. Kudos to you!

Some cool currency I got at Monticello. I’m a nerd about currency so I paid the money for these lol. My dad bought a 1928 $2 bill in good shape which was cool. I bought the stamped $2 bill because I haven’t seen many of them. The stamps were done on his birthday that year April 13th 1976 which was the first day of issue and then again on July 4th 1976. This one in particular is July 4th. For those who maybe interested you can buy stuff like this from the Monticello website and support them too because they don’t receive any funding for them except thru their sales and events. You can buy tons of stuff not just currency on their website. And if you come here wanting a $2 bill and pay with cash you’ll probably get at least one back as change because they give them back as change. They bought some of mine I had to give out as change because they were out of them lol. I enjoyed talking with the workers about $2 bills haha. They said they have only ever had one person refuse to take one as change and that was years ago when this lady first began working there she said he hadn’t seen them before and wasn’t from the states so he handed it back and said he would not take it because it was a novelty.
