Another flea market find. 1993 release.

This driver, Roberto Guerrero, started at Pole Position for the 1992 Indy 500 in his Buick powered Lola. Unfortunately he finished 33rd out of 33 cars and did not complete a lap after wiping out into the wall during the parade lap.

I have a NextGen TV, capable of receiving OTA 4K. As I was channel flipping on Sunday, I noticed the Nascar race on NBC was broadcast in 4K 2160p UHD. Usually the shows on the NextGen channels are 1080p for CBS, NBC and 720p for ABC and Fox.

Yeah, lots of wooden utensils instead of plastic now. Some of that stuff looks more like bio plastic. Lots of bamboo utensils, too.

Quit my job in relatively spectacular fashion and it felt so good. Starting a new job with far FAR better hours (going from 4pm-4am to 10pm-6am). Until then, c’est la vie!

I’m loving the new job… it’s amazing how much better life is when you’re treated like an adult and not micro managed all to hell.

Also missed manual machines… CNC is great if you’re a set up guy, I hate sitting there watching the thing run though.
