Thread for photos that 100% do not violate any Terms Of Service, not political, not too lewd, no gas price pics etc.

I only got to shoot one scale model today. It's a 1948 DeSoto by Dinky in 1./43. I also have a similar-looking Chrysler Town and Country Woody Convertible but I have found it yet. This shot looks like it was composited but that's because I bounced some light back at the car to fill the shadows.

Used in friends 2019 Malibu yesterday evening. Didn’t have any 0w20 so this will be ok for one OCI.

I didn't.
The depicted book is a knockoff of the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis that was seen in The Evil Dead movies. Giving it to your neighbors so they may read incantations and resurrection spells, conjure demons, etc, is pretty funny.

Desert Isle Motel (aka Diamond Inn), 4605 Las Vegas Blvd S, in 1980. The last independent, 50s-era motel on the Strip – best known for its pink elephant – is closed and fenced up. Future plans, unknown.

The motel was built in 1955 around an existing house dacing back to 1940. The residence is still there behind a wall at the rear of the motel, oldest structure on the Strip. Early motel owner Arby Alper installed the pink elephant in front of the house in early 1964, and it's still there as of yesterday. Sam AlDabbagh has owned the motel since the late 70s. It was renamed Diamond Inn in 1990.
