This poor Sonata, not only did it get beaten by the ugly stick, it got painted this color.

Not all that different than the Honda next to it.

Back when the donut maker arrived at 2am daily to provide happy customers fresh morning donuts.

Today Dunkin donuts are made in a factory, frozen, and thawed at the Dunkin retail location and placed for sale. Today's Dunkin donuts not worth the calories- Wal-Mart today has significantly better donuts than Dunkin :(.

My Wife and I saw an episode of house hunters on or about 2010. In the area you are in was a oceanfront home for sale. The well-constructed home was built in 1930s for a medical doctor. Home needing updating but had wonderful woodwork throughout the home and nice architectural features. Home sold for about $120k CA. I don't think deals like that happen much if ever anymore.

The old waterfronts are being boxed in by the 7 digits … some of them tastefully done - others an obnoxious contrast with nature …

I didn't know that about Dunkin'. Never cared for them.

Years ago, I drove a cab in San Francisco, and I'd get off work around 1:00am along with my friend Bob Pasternak. We both lived in Berkeley. When we arrived in Berkeley we'd sometimes stop at a little donut place near the university where a Marine vet named Steve was already busy making donuts for his 6:00am opening. He'd let us in while he was making the pastries, long before opening, and we'd get what was fresh, sometimes an occasional reject. Fond memories ... we enjoyed listening to Steve's stories about life in his little southern hometown, his military experiences, and his family life told in his southern black dialect. A great way to end our shift.

I was traveling a few weeks ago and stopped at Dunkin (usually don't eat breakfast or lunch out), ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich and a coffee. It was $5 for both and I have to say it was really good. Doughnuts aren't my thing.

The Dunkin in Tracy never has donuts. I stopped going there a few years ago. It's like the KFC; they too never have chicken. They'll make it for you but I was told it was a 40 minute wait. I go across the street to Popeye's.
