I happened upon a field of Snow Geese which is a rarity here, we have tons of annoying non-migratory Canada Geese that are protected and as such, have no natural predators. They refuse to get out of your way and will hiss and snap at you.
The Snow Geese on the other hand got scared and flew away almost as soon as I stepped on the field to take the pic. The sound it made with all those wings at once, I wish I'd taken a vid instead. Super cool. After they flew off they circled around me in a big circle, considered me not to be a threat, then landed again.
