Looks so familiar but I can't place it right now. It's not near my home base.

I saw a sign that said, “Please do not pet the fluffy cows!” So I didn’t pet the fluffy cows. You know you can pet those Buffalo. They’re very soft.
Are you taking those trees down or just heavy branches that have split? Looking at the pic on my phone makes it hard to tell. Looks like the tree in the center has broken around the center.Well that makes 3 widow makers I have to deal with. View attachment 106831
That tree is split on the trunk, I have a pole saw that I’m going to CAREFULLY use with my wife’s supervision to trim some branches and get it to fall. The other 2 have big branches that broke and are either resting on the ground or held up by other branches, same plan of attack for those. Are you taking those trees down or just heavy branches that have split? Messing with big trees like that can certainly be dangerous.
I helped one of my Uncles once after a big storm damaged some Sweet Gum and maple trees on his property. It can be a bit sketchy as things start shifting once you start cutting. We didn’t have anything quite as upright as what you have pictured though. That tree is split on the trunk, I have a pole saw that I’m going to CAREFULLY use with my wife’s supervision to trim some branches and get it to fall. There’s a bunch of poison ivy in the tree lines so the rest of the trees can stay, I hate taking the steroids they give me when I get poison ivy lol
