It fits the new trailer. Trailer needs a paint job, that’s for this next weekend. Trailer also needs a toolbox.

You'll know this, but the ribbed side of the belt goes on a ribbed pulley (typically all but one), and the smooth side goes on the smooth pulley (typically the idler).View attachment 134827
The Truck dashboard last night. Dad is racking up the miles on it lol. But it’s not his fault his car has been down cause we can’t figure out the serpentine belt lol.
Yeah I do know that haha. But it’s like the tensioner is not tensioning all the way down. We got a new one put it on and it done the same thing compared all belts aftermarket and OEM to the old belt and they match we are stumped and none of the guys I work with can figure it out either they said that’s why they run when they see one of those come in the door lol. You'll know this, but the ribbed side of the belt goes on a ribbed pulley (typically all but one), and the smooth side goes on the smooth pulley (typically the idler).
Has anyone recently installed an aftermarket accessory (PS pump, alternator, water pump) with a differently sized pulley?Yeah I do know that haha. We put on an Aisin water pump that’s the reason the belt was off is the bad pump. The alternator is aftermarket but has been on for awhile and both have the right sized pulley. It’s all a mystery to me and now it’s so cold outside I can’t bare it lol.Has anyone recently installed an aftermarket accessory (PS pump, alternator, water pump) with a differently sized pulley?
So, this is just a shot in the dark, but is the little pin still in the tensioner? Does the 2004 have the spring on the tensioner like some of the years that followed?Yeah I do know that haha. That's the new RAM Oarlock trim, lol
Does it maybe have two separate tensioners like my friend's Ram truck?Yeah I do know that haha. But it’s like the tensioner is not tensioning all the way down. I'm hitting it with the ol' $18 can of Rustoleum and a $35 Amazon paint sprayer!Call a PPG paint store and ask if they have PPG Break-Through V50-90 in stock.
