Unless you own the company, you have a boss.

If I were a boss ( and I haven’t ever been a boss per se, but I’ve been the Commanding Officer more than once) and I had an employee spending time in their phone while at work, it would reflect very badly on both that employee’s work ethic and that employee’s value to my company.

In my line of work, we have a phone on us at all times and are in communique and sending photos as it relates to QA. So while I understand your underlying point, and I'm agreeing with you in one sense that if there is a call come in "We got some more Lubrizol Carbopol SF-1 just came in and it's about to be QA approved, go bring it over to Batching as soon as it is" and you're on the phone talking to people and this is a constant thing.. you're out the door... however, my position is pretty high up.

So, I can't agree with you fully here. Sorry.

And I DO appreciate the intention to not let it be the downfall of a good position. We send each other pics of products that come in to make sure they aren't messed up. Etc....
 
Just missed it on our phones. Phone out in full view. It's a non factor.

I get the concern.

Getting our next product run now.. job is sweet..

Maybe so, but we are not your work colleagues. We aren’t performing QC/QA on your materials. So best not to post here. One post is mildly interesting. Multiple plus bickering is unacceptable.

Gave the truck a wash even though I rarely drive it anymore. My dad has been driving it around while we figure out the serpentine belt issue on his car. I hate he is driving it and loading it with miles but at least it’s better than sitting. The most important thing is the license plates are nice and clean. I don’t like dirty license plates. I keep mine pristine. I told the truck before I got in that it was sexy lol 😂. I did decide I might swap the plates for a different design this year maybe but keep these and get them again eventually. The front plate has a tiny mark on the second A and it bugs the day lights out of me lol. Of course I’ll keep the same plate number just switch the design to maybe something like In God We Trust or the fall leaves or something. And just rotate thru all the ones this message will fit on then get another set of this same one. I’m proud of my license plates. Lol.

Must be just you. I can’t stand that generation. I actually don’t like any generation of Mustang except maybe the originals a little bit and about 2017. In 2018 they turned the headlights upside down and made it look awful.

I can use my phone as much as I want at work. Very laid back company and work environment.
