Friend: “what is the lug pattern on your cobalt?”
Me: “4x100, what’s up?”
friend: “I found a $400 2002 Hyundai Accent with a manual but both back tires are flat… can I borrow yours?”
Me: “say no more”

I have an update on this…. The wheels were TOO BIG for the Accent 😂 Never in my life would I have thought 15’s would be too big for… well anything really.

And this is how I turn on my bar mill. Click that contactor in, hit the “oil pump on” button and hold both those till a 3rd relay/contactor goes “ka-chunk!”

Also this machine has caught fire before. The guy running it decided spraying down a live electrical cabinet with up to 440V with water was a good idea. Now the rapid traverse doesn’t work 🤷🏻‍♂️

Keep that! It will last a long time. New rides today are built with crap all in the name of $$$ for the manufactures. Seems to be worse as years go on because they can find new ways of using inferior materials just to get them past warranty. GMT800 was the last of the good builds. I should have never sold my 2002 Silverado, 200k on it and no issues other than oil leaks and an alternator. It still had the original front brake pads on it.
My son has always preferred having cars that are built in the late 90s to early 2000s. In fact this truck and his WRX are the newest vehicles he’s ever had (both 02s) and the other two cars he has had were a 98 Civic and the fore mentioned 99 Forester. He just really likes the older less complicated stuff. One day he’s going to get a late 70s to early 80s Datsun Z car, that’s his dream 😍

This week in Niagara Falls when I was giving my walking tour I saw a bunch of people taking pictures of something and as I got closer I realized that it was a squirrel that was just sitting there letting everyone take pictures of him for a long while! It was as if he was posing 😆 The squirrels there are so used to people that they are not scared of them and they will eat out of your hand if you offer them peanuts

Mile 22.
I love it for what it is (one of the best movies ever), I hate it for having tricked me to go through several episodes of Wu Assassins thinking that there's no bad bad movies with Iko Uwais (who also was in The Raid, which became the base for Dredd, another two pure pearls). Little did I know...

Sounds good. Can’t wait to watch it.

@Speedbird001 Whippets or Greyhounds?
Retired Racing Greyhounds. Both from the same track in Florida. They are crazy fast when they want to be, but also sleep/nap/chill ~20 hours a day. LOL How fast? five and a half football fields in ~30 seconds +/- hitting 40mph+ in the stretch.

Here is my younger one racing at the St Petersburg Kennel Club Dec 2018. 550 yards in 30.1 seconds! (He is #7 in the green/white stripes, the underdog at this time but came back for the win paying out 5:1 :eek:)

Amazing. I drove by the defunct dog racing track in Kellogg Idaho a few months ago. Not a single car in a huge parking lot. One wonders what the future of the breed is now that dog racing is nearly all gone in the States.

I wonder which cordless saw they used?
They are definitely using some heavy duty equipment here! People are mad because the speed limit on this stretch is now permanently set at 40 kmh, it used to be 50 but it would be 40 during the school hours. But now that the school is closed for summer it is annoyingly slow to go 40 along this stretch.
