I haven’t felt this sedentary lousy in years and at first the weight wasn’t coming back- but it is. A couple pounds in a couple weeks and it sure sucks. Hope doc clears me for some level of increased intensity on Tuesday. Been googling around I guess I’m about normal maybe a little ahead after hernia surgery
