Thank you! It is a mid 50s(early build 57 I believe)model 600. It pulls a 6ft brush hog quite well still and holds great oil pressure. I know it was overhauled sometime in the late eighties or early 90’s. There are WAY too many of them around to be valued collector items but as you said most of them are still doing some work somewhere!Those old Ford tractors are awesome. She looks great with that new paint!
8N? Mid 50’s model? I’m no expert on those by any means, but I’ve known a couple of people that had old ford tractors and they used them as intended with no worries.
Almost had it weld itself between my two battery terminals!
Thankfully I was able to find a blunt heavy object and knock it off from between the terminals before anything more serious happened. Taken on the wood so you can see.
