A bladder cherry, aka Judas Cherry, and as Kira mentioned Chinese or Japanese Lantern. People use dried Judas cherries as decoration, often in combination with dried Lunaria/Silver Dollar seed pods. My grandma had a huge book with pressed flowers from around the world. I can barely identify a daisy.

I fellow cut his Silver Dollar plants back and I salvaged a Mason jar full of seeds. Lunaria, you say.
Grow the plant if you can. The dried pods make a nice rustling sound in the breeze.
