This guy says pre-mix is a scam.

This reminds me when McDonald's introduced the quarter-pounder. Then Burger King brought out the one-third Whopper. No one bought it because 1/3 is less than 1/4.

Reason number 39 to hate Jimmy Carter. He failed to complete the change over to the metric system and could have fixed all this.

We'd be eating Royal With Cheese's and mixing our own coolant and loving life.

On that note, it's also cheaper to make your own hamburger in whatever off fraction you want at home than to buy fast food, yet fast food is a $billion+ industry. Pre-mix fills a convenience void just like Happy Meals.

We use the metric system, we still buy burgers in imperial measurements. :ROFLMAO:

We also drive in MPH, buy fuel in litres and work out our fuel economy based on about many miles we get to 4.545litres. 🙄

Sounds very much like we Canadians.

I admit l/100 km makes a lot more sense, but do quick mental conversions to (approximate) miles per (Imperial) gallon in my head. 10 l/100 = 28 mpg, 15 l/100 = 19 mpg, 20 l/100 = 14 mpg, etc.

US mpg is approximately 5/6 of Imperial.
