What’s going on there? Did the exhaust look damaged or is it badly designed?
Home made replacement exhaust pipe that is almost dragging the ground and probably suspended with fencing wire.
I have some redneck fab on my car but my friends would make so much fun of me if I made something that bad, and they would be doing the right thing by doing so.

It was redneck dual sidepipes exactly as you described, he must drag on bumps, I couldn't believe how low it was!
